HOT MEXICAN CORN DIP
Mix together:
- 1 bag of Freshlike lightly seasoned Southwestern Blend frozen vegetables
- 2 cups of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 3 cups Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can diced Jalapeno Peppers
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Serve with tortilla chips
